Due to Government Guidelines we have made the right decision to close until further notice. The safety of our Team Members and their families are vital at this time. 


During this uncertain time we would like to put your mind at rest. Your furniture is in safe hands. 

For many of you wondering what is happening to your items you have purchased. Please see below for the many questions we have been answering over the past weeks. 


Are all stores closed? 

Yes, All stores are closed. We are still responding to emails and messages on our Social media Platforms. 


What if I was due to receive my furniture soon? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver any items of furniture small or large until further notice. We need to keep contact to minimise the spread of Covid-19 and too keep our warehouse and delivery team safe. 

If we have received your items from the manufacturer, they are being stored in our warehouse,  as soon as the travel restrictions have lifted we will be back up at running as soon as we can. All outstanding orders that had a delivery date pre-lock down booked will be prioritised and we'll contact you as soon as possible.


What if I just placed my order and I was quoted an estimated delivery date, will it take longer than originally quoted? 

Yes, your items will still be arriving but with a delay we appreciate your patience, we will try out best to get it delivered to you as soon as possible. Please don't worry, we will be keeping a check on all the items on order and giving updates when we are open. 


What if I have a problem with an item that has already been delivered? 

Unfortunately, our service team are not available for home visits to inspect the item in question, if you do have any questions or queries please contact us with photos via email to . We are trying to respond within 48 hours.
